On Saturday, 19 November 2022, in the evening at 22:15, in Rokiškio district municipality, Jutkių village, on the Rokiškis–Juodupė–Onuškis–Ilzenbergas regional road (kilometre 20.23), an Opel Astra rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Opel, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.16‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was snowing, the road surface was snow-covered. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
