On Sunday, 20 November 2022, in the evening at around 18:00, in Radviliškio district municipality, on the Raseiniai–Tytuvėnai–Radviliškis national road (kilometre 50.85), a Citroen Xsara Picasso rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 66-year-old driver of the Citroen (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.06‰ blood alcohol). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, a strong wind was blowing, the road surface was snow-covered. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
