On Wednesday, 23 November 2022, in the afternoon at 14:07, in Vilnius, on T. Narbuto street, a truck hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 51-year-old driver of a truck (20 years of driving experience), who violated cargo-transport rules. He fled the scene. All drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was wet.
