On Tuesday, 10 January 2023, in the evening at around 17:00, in Vilniaus district municipality, Mileikių village, on the Vilnius–Utena main road (kilometre 31), a BMW 530 rolled over. One person was injured — a 24-year-old passenger of the BMW (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the BMW (8 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, it was snowing, the road surface was snow-covered. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
