On Wednesday, 22 February 2023, in the evening at 21:06, in Vilnius, on Siesikų street near No. 15, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Golf Plus, an Audi A6, a Volkswagen Caddy, a Nissan Almera Tino and a Honda Accord. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the Volkswagen Golf Plus (7 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.13‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, the weather was clear, the road surface was snow-covered.
