Mercedes-Benz truck and three other vehicles crash on the Ąžuolų Būda–Kazlų Rūda road

The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz U5000 (8 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. All drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
