On Saturday, 11 March 2023, in the morning at around 10:00, in Vilnius, on Durpių street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW 520D and a Renault Clio. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 35-year-old driver of the BMW (10 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
