On Wednesday, 22 March 2023, in the evening at 18:18, in Vilniaus district municipality, a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a Ktmmex TK250T-2 and a bicycle. Two people were injured — the 16-year-old driver of the Ktmmex (hospitalized) and a 12-year-old cyclist (severely injured, hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 16-year-old driver of the Ktmmex, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was dry.
