On Monday, 17 April 2023, in the morning at 7:20, in Kauno district municipality, Radikių village, on Mėnulio street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a car, a Mercedes-Benz CL63AMG registered in Germany and a Skoda Fabia. Three people were injured — a 42-year-old passenger of the Skoda (treated as an outpatient), the 37-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (treated as an outpatient) and a 52-year-old passenger of the Skoda (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 56-year-old driver of a car (29 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. All drivers were sober.
