On Friday, 21 April 2023, in the morning at 8:30, in Ukmergės district municipality, Jačionių village, on the Vilnius–Panevėžys (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 64.49), in a roadworks zone, a Skoda Superb hit an obstacle.
