On Tuesday, 2 May 2023, in the evening at 17:34, in Vilnius, on Verkių street near No. 37, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Audi A3 and a Scania. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 44-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
