On Friday, 5 May 2023, in the evening at 20:55, in Kaunas, on Užnerio street near No. 53, a collision with a moped occurred. The collision involved a Dacia and an Aprilia. Two people were injured — a 16-year-old passenger of the Aprilia (treated as an outpatient) and the 18-year-old driver of the Aprilia (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the Dacia (3 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
