On Monday, 8 May 2023, in the afternoon at around 11:00, in Prienų district municipality, on Stadiono street near No. 4, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Toyota Avensis and a Volkswagen Polo. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 68-year-old driver of the Toyota (22 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
