On Saturday, 17 June 2023, in the afternoon at around 13:00, in Klaipėda, on Dubysos street near No. 39, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a DAF FT 95XF.480 registered in Poland, a Nissan Qashqai, a Ford S-MAX and a Mercedes-Benz C 200 CDI. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 39-year-old driver of the DAF (21 years of driving experience), who was driving a vehicle with faults the traffic rules prohibit driving with. All drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was wet.
