On Sunday, 2 July 2023, in the afternoon at 11:53, in Mažeikių district municipality, on the Mažeikiai–Plungė–Tauragė national road (kilometre 20.65), a Kawasaki GPX 600 rolled over. One person was injured — the 37-year-old driver of the Kawasaki (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the Kawasaki, who failed to choose a safe speed.
