On Sunday, 30 July 2023, at night at around 23:00, in Šiaulių district municipality, on the Kelmė–Noreišiai–Bubiai regional road (kilometre 25), a Land Rover Range Rover ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 34-year-old driver of the Land Rover (17 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
