On Saturday, 19 August 2023, in the evening at 21:35, in Marijampolės municipality, on Kauno street, at the junction with Šaulių street, a Gilera DNA 50 hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by a 5-year-old pedestrian, who was crossing the carriageway where prohibited. The driver was sober.
