On Friday, 1 September 2023, in the evening at around 17:00, in Vilniaus district municipality, Riešės village, on Žirgų street near No. 2, a quad bike ran off the road. One person died — the 15-year-old driver of a quad bike (later died from the injuries). The accident was caused by the 15-year-old driver of a quad bike, who committed other traffic rule violations.
