Motorcyclist flees after hitting a pedestrian on the Paverpenis–Burbaičiai–Mockaičiai road
On Sunday, 24 September 2023, in the afternoon at 13:03, in Kelmės district municipality, on the Paverpenis–Burbaičiai–Mockaičiai regional road (kilometre 9.30), a quad bike hit a pedestrian away from any crossing.
