On Friday, 6 October 2023, in the afternoon at around 11:00, in Vilniaus district municipality, Skaidiškių village, on Sodų street near No. 14, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW 320D, a Toyota Corolla Verso, an Audi A6 Avant, a Volvo, a Dacia, a car and a Fiat. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who committed traffic rule violations that contributed to the accident. He fled the scene. All drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
