On Wednesday, 25 October 2023, in the evening at 20:25, in Klaipėdos district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 290.90), a Tesla Motors hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 33-year-old driver of the Tesla Motors (16 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
