On Saturday, 11 November 2023, in the evening at 17:28, in Radviliškio district municipality, on M. Mažvydo street, at the junction with Eglių street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Touran and a Volkswagen Passat. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the Volkswagen Touran (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
