On Friday, 22 December 2023, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Kaunas, on Baltijos street, at the junction with Žiemgalių street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The accident was caused by the 76-year-old driver of the Nissan (28 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober.
