On Thursday, 11 January 2024, in the evening at around 17:00, in Vilnius, on A. Goštauto street, at the junction with J. Tumo-Vaižganto street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW and an Audi A3. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was snow-covered. The speed limit on this section is 30 km/h.
