On Monday, 29 January 2024, in the evening at around 20:00, in Kaunas, on Agronomijos street, at the junction with Vytėnų street, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved a BMW and a Nissan Qashqai. One person was injured — a 30-year-old passenger of the BMW (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 39-year-old driver of the BMW (21 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober.
