On Saturday, 16 March 2024, in the evening at 20:24, in Raseinių district municipality, on the Raseiniai–Paupys–Eržvilkas regional road (kilometre 12.66), a Skoda Roomster ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the Skoda, who committed other traffic rule violations. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
