On Sunday, 31 March 2024, in the morning at around 9:00, in Vilnius, on Taikos street near No. 141, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Toyota Prius and a Daewoo Lanos registered in Ukraine. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 35-year-old driver of the Toyota (15 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 10 km/h.
