On Friday, 10 May 2024, in the afternoon at 14:28, in Kauno district municipality, on Vytauto street near No. 53, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Passat and an Audi A6. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 36-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who failed to give way when changing direction. He was drunk (1.29‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
