On Sunday, 19 May 2024, in the evening at 18:55, in Šiaulių district municipality, on Plento street, at the junction with Papilės street, a Piaggio MP3 250 rolled over. One person was injured — the 50-year-old driver of the Piaggio (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 50-year-old driver of the Piaggio (32 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.71‰ blood alcohol).
