On Sunday, 7 July 2024, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Kauno district municipality, Mastaičių village, on J. Lukšos street, at the junction with J. Rinkevičiaus street, a Yamaha XV 1900 ran off the road. One person was injured — a 40-year-old passenger of the Yamaha (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 38-year-old driver of the Yamaha (5 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. The driver was sober.
