On Thursday, 25 July 2024, in the evening at 21:50, in Panevėžio district municipality, Ragaudžių village, on the Kėdainiai–Krekenava–Panevėžys national road (kilometre 48), a BMW 525 D rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the BMW, who committed other traffic rule violations. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
