On Thursday, 14 November 2024, in the evening at around 18:00, in Vilnius, on Įsruties street, at the junction with Pilaitės pr., a Skoda hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 64-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 33-year-old driver of the Skoda (15 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
