On Saturday, 30 November 2024, in the evening at around 17:00, in Klaipėda, on Baltijos pr. near No. 47, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Mazda 3 and a Volkswagen Passat. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the Mazda (11 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
