On Monday, 2 December 2024, in the evening at 20:23, in Panevėžio district municipality, Šatrėnų village, on the Panevėžys–Aristava–Sitkūnai main road (kilometre 14.80), a DAF FT XF105.460 registered in Latvia rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 70-year-old driver of the DAF (50 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
