On Wednesday, 4 December 2024, in the afternoon at 14:47, in Kelmės district municipality, on the Tytuvėnai–Pakapė–Šiauliai regional road (kilometre 15.10), a Citroen C2 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 50-year-old driver of the Citroen, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.38‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
