On Thursday, 2 January 2025, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Radviliškio district municipality, on the Krekenava–Skėmai–Grinkiškis regional road (kilometre 28.20), a Dodge Grand Caravan ran off the road. Two people were injured — the 38-year-old driver of the Dodge (treated as an outpatient) and a 12-year-old passenger of the Dodge (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 38-year-old driver of the Dodge (19 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
