On Monday, 6 January 2025, in the afternoon at 16:04, in Prienų district municipality, on the Kaunas–Marijampolė–Suvalkai main road (kilometre 29.80), a DAF FT XF 105.460 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 62-year-old driver of the DAF (25 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
