On Monday, 6 January 2025, in the evening at 18:06, in Šiauliai, on Lyros street near No. 41, a vehicle hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 12-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. He fled the scene.
