On Tuesday, 7 January 2025, in the morning at 7:50, in Radviliškio district municipality, on Žalgirio street, at the junction with Eglių street, a BMW 525 hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the BMW (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. He fled the scene.
