On Saturday, 18 January 2025, in the morning at around 8:00, in Kaunas, on Prūsų street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW 520, a Krone - and a DAF. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was twilight, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
