On Friday, 7 February 2025, in the evening at around 18:00, in Kaunas, on K. Sprangausko street near No. 1, a collision with a reversing vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Tiguan and a Mercedes-Benz E 200 CDI. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 62-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (20 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
