On Thursday, 6 February 2025, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Švenčionių district municipality, on the Utena–Kaltanėnai–Švenčionys national road (kilometre 47.35), a Volvo V70 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 43-year-old driver of the Volvo (25 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed.
