On Tuesday, 11 February 2025, at night at around 2:00, in Ukmergės district municipality, on Kareivinių street, at the junction with 40, a BMW 320 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by a 22-year-old passenger of the BMW, who committed other traffic rule violations. He evaded sobriety testing and fled the scene. The 23-year-old driver of the BMW had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
