On Tuesday, 11 February 2025, in the evening at around 18:00, in Raseinių district municipality, on the Šiluva–Kaulakiai–Berteškiai regional road (kilometre 18.20), a Peugeot 307 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 51-year-old driver of the Peugeot, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
