On Sunday, 16 February 2025, at night at around 23:00, in Kauno district municipality, Sergeičikų I village, on Aviacijos street near No. 67, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Mercedes-Benz C 200 CDI, a BMW and an Aixam. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz, who committed other traffic rule violations. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. All drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
