On Monday, 17 February 2025, in the afternoon at 15:30, in Kauno city municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 102), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a vehicle and a Volvo V40. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene.
