On Monday, 24 February 2025, in the evening at around 22:00, in Vilnius, on Kalvarijų street near No. 14, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Opel and a Volvo V70. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the Opel (5 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
