On Wednesday, 2 April 2025, in the morning at around 7:00, in Klaipėdos district municipality, Vaitelių village, on Lelijų al., at the junction with Miškų al., a Skoda Octavia hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 39-year-old driver of the Skoda (less than a year of driving experience). He had no driving licence and fled the scene.
