On Sunday, 18 May 2025, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Šiauliai, on Vilniaus street, at the junction with Medelyno street, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved a Toyota Prius and a Nissan Qashqai. One person was injured — a 53-year-old passenger of the Nissan (treated as an outpatient, was not wearing a seatbelt).
