On Wednesday, 21 May 2025, in the evening at 17:45, in Kaunas, on A. Baranausko street near No. 18, a collision while turning right occurred. The accident was caused by the 64-year-old driver of the Volvo, who failed to comply with road signs or markings. He was drunk (2.61‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene.
